All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Our printing partners deliver to more than 170 countries worldwide and have local production in 33 countries. Delivery time is determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to:
- The product ordered
- The print location
- The destination country
- The size of the order
- The status of the network
- The shipping method selected

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at queenmiagoldstore@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We currently do not support returns or exchanges because the products you order are personalised and made specifically for each order. Should you want to submit a new order, you will be liable for the costs of the new order. For more information please read the Refund Policy.
In case you’re not satisfied with the quality of the products you received, or the product is damaged or if the order was lost or returned to the sender, get in touch within 30 days of the estimated delivery date (or the date you received the item) with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition and we’ll do everything we can to investigate and find a satisfactory solution.
If your return request is accepted and our quality assurance team validates your claim, we will be happy to send a complimentary replacement order to you as quickly as possible. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
