Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with Mia Gold Store. We currently do not support returns or exchanges because the products you order are personalised and made specifically for each order. Should you want to submit a new order, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.
In case you’re not satisfied with the quality of the products you received, or the product is damaged or if the order was lost or returned to the sender, get in touch within 30 days of the estimated delivery date (or the date you received the item) with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition and we’ll do everything we can to investigate and find a satisfactory solution.
If your return request is accepted and our quality assurance team validates your claim, we will be happy to send a complimentary replacement order to you as quickly as possible. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged such as damage to the delivered products, if you receive the wrong item, errors in the number or quantity of the delivered products, with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Should you want to submit a new order, we will contact our third-party vendor, who will cover the new order's costs.
Wrong Address
If you provide an address considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned and disposed of safely. Should you want to submit a new order with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.
Rejected by the Recipient
If the shipment is rejected during the delivery, the shipment will be returned and disposed of safely. Should you want to submit a new order with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.
Unclaimed
If you are not able to receive your order at the address, the shipments may be available for pick up at their local post office or carrier pick-up point. Shipments that go unclaimed may be returned to the sender. For these cases, please place a new order and get in touch with us so we can report the problem and arrange for the product price to be refunded for the new order (you will still have to pay for the shipping costs).
Lost Order
If you didn't receive the order and we consider it lost, we will report the problem and arrange for a new order to be sent out.
Colour consistency
We use the same print machines, paper types, and work processes as our print partners to minimise colour variations. Printing is a chemical process and 100% consistency cannot be achieved. Multiple factors influence the colour, consistency, and final result: machine type, machine settings, paper types, and humidity in the room, just to mention a few examples. Colour variations that may occur due to the above-mentioned reasons lie within acceptable tolerance levels and are not covered under our quality guarantee.
Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
Does not apply to our store, as your product is personalised and custom-made to order, by a third-party vendor. If you have any exchange questions you can contact us at queenmiagoldstore@gmail.com.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The 14 cooling-off period does not apply to certain purchases, for example: Personalised or custom-made products.
So does not apply to our store because our products are printed and custom-made to order.
Refunds
We can only refund a product according to the conditions stated above, please read them carefully. We would rather fix any problems and send a replacement order to make sure you are happy with your order. If that's not possible or you can't wait for a new order to arrive, please indicate that when you reach out to us and we'll give you a refund.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
